Trip – World Wide Pandemic

In the event of a worldwide pandemic and there’s a UK travel ban your booking will be rolled over to the following year. If you are unable to attend the following year’s new date(s) then you will be given a credit note which will last for 3 years from the date your original trip was due.

Trip – Sportive Cancellation 

If a customer chooses to cancel a booking and the cancellation date via email is within 60 days of the event , then NO refund is given. If the customer cancels outside 60 days then a refund is give less 25% admin fee.

If we “The Sportive Collection” cancel the event for reasons other than Force Majeure then a full refund will be given.

Trip – Sportive Liability

Please note all riders that take part in our Sportive do so at owners risk and The Sportive Collection are not liable for any cost resulting in accidents or loss of property.

Force Majeure  

This means that we will not pay you compensation if we must cancel the event because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, for example, war, riot, industrial dispute (for example, the disruption or closure of airports or other transport systems), terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, health pandemics ,adverse weather conditions. In the unlikely event of the cancellation/postponement of the sporting events for whatsoever force majeure reason, The Sportive Collection Limited cannot be held responsible in any way for any monetary loss, inconvenience or any other circumstances, including non-refundable events fees.

Data Security  

When entering our events your email address will be automatically added to our database. If you do not wish for this to happen, please email us with the title “unsubscribe”.We have never and will never sell on or give your email address to any other company except for The Sportive Collection Limited being acquired by another company. From time to time we work with other organisers and we may email you regarding the event we are jointly working on, but we will never pass on your email address to the other company.

Refusal

The Sportive Collection  has the right to refuse a booking without giving reason.
